SEAFARI IN LA VENTANA

Join us in a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to explore the vast Sea of Cortez, known for its rich marine life as no other spot in the world, including the possibility of finding mobulas, dolphins, giant mantas, whales and more.

Our team will guide you through this experience providing fascinating insights into their behavior, habitat and specifics of this species. As advocates of responsible tourism, we encourage environmentally friendly practices in order to minimize our impact on our environment, so this expedition is perfect for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

This tour is available from May through October, and depending on the time of the year we can find different species. Please contact us to know what we have been encountering recently and to know more details.

It's important to note that while we strive to provide the best possible experience, we cannot guarantee that we will encounter all the marine wildlife we hope to see. The aggregation of these creatures is not stationary in the area so the probabilities of finding one or more species varies day to day.

Important Notes:
It is important to know that swimming with whales (blue, gray, humpback, etc.) is prohibited throughout Mexico. At MéXplore, we take special care to offer a conscious and safe experience for our passengers and the environment. All our vessels have valid permits for nautical tourism, passenger life insurance, third-party liability insurance, maritime safety certification, and CONANP authorization for the marine area of Cerralvo Island.

Our captains have a Seafarers Certificate and our guides have official nature guide permits (NOM 09), and both are certified in first aid.

For your own safety, this activity is restricted to people with heart, back, or respiratory problems and to women in advanced stages of pregnancy.
